Editorial Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026.
This policy describes how Best VPS Deal researches, drafts, reviews, corrects, and monetizes content.
Source standards
- Use a provider’s official offer, product, pricing, documentation, or terms page as the primary source for commercial claims whenever possible.
- Identify the source and record a checking time for monitored offers.
- Separate promotional, introductory, and renewal prices when the source provides them.
- Do not convert an absence of information into a positive claim.
- Avoid unsupported urgency, scarcity, savings, uptime, performance, or “best” claims.
Testing and experience claims
We do not describe a product as personally tested or used unless that work actually occurred and the article explains the relevant scope. A specification comparison is not a benchmark. If a future article includes performance testing, it should identify the plan, region, date, method, sample limitations, and any provider relationship that could matter to the reader.
Automation and AI assistance
Automation may collect changed source material and AI tools may help structure a draft. Automated output is not treated as verified merely because it is fluent. Commercial drafts remain unpublished until a reviewer checks the source, price, material limitations, affiliate disclosure, and prohibited unsupported claims. The default automation status is draft.
Rankings and commercial relationships
A provider may be linked through an affiliate program, but compensation does not authorize fabricated facts or favorable test results. Comparisons should explain the criteria they use. Where affiliate availability materially limits the providers considered, the article should say so rather than imply a complete market ranking.
Corrections
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly after verification. A correction may update the price, checked date, source, qualification, or article text. Readers and providers can submit a Correction through the Contact page. Requests are evaluated against evidence; commercial pressure alone is not a reason to remove accurate, lawful information.
