This Privacy Policy explains how Best VPS Deal processes information when you browse the website, use its contact form, or follow an outbound offer link.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. This information is used to review and respond to your request, maintain a record of corrections or privacy requests, and protect the form from abuse. Contact messages are stored privately and are not published.

Technical information

The hosting and security systems may temporarily process an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and error or security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. The contact form uses a short-lived one-way identifier derived from the connecting IP address to limit rapid repeat submissions; it does not store the raw IP address with the message.

Cookies

The public site does not currently set advertising cookies. WordPress and n8n may set essential authentication or security cookies for authorized administrators. If analytics, advertising, or additional third-party tools are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are used.

Affiliate links and external websites

Outbound links may contain affiliate or campaign parameters so a provider can attribute a referral. After you leave this site, the destination provider processes information under its own privacy policy. Best VPS Deal does not control those external websites.

Purpose, retention, and disclosure

Information is processed to operate and secure the site, answer messages, correct content, and document legitimate business communications. Contact records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or to meet applicable obligations. Information is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or secure the service, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Submit a Privacy request through the Contact page and include enough information to locate the message. Do not include identity documents unless specifically requested through a verified process.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site’s practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will be revised for material updates.
